Novopress tools are made from the best materials and are manufactured on a high quality level. Because of that the tools have an extremely long lift-time with constant pressing results. Novopress trusts in this quality and proofs this with a unique warranty concept.

Warranty 2 years

Novopress offers for all new pressing units, pressing tools and all accessories a warranty of 24 months. The warranty time starts with the purchasing of the tool and has to be proven with the invoice.

Within this warranty period Novopress covers all costs for the repair of all damages related to the used materials of the product or the manufacturing. Damages caused by incorrect use are not covered by the warranty.

1 year additional guarantee for new pressing units, adaptor jaws and press collars

Novopress offers an additional guarantee of 1 year for all new pressing units, adaptor jaws and press collars if they are maintenanced at least every 12 months from Novopress or an authorised service partner.

3 years additional guarantee for new press jaws

Novopress offers an additional guarantee of 3 years for all new press jaws, mother jaws and press inserts, if they are maintenanced at least every 12 months from Novopress or an authorised service partner.
